We are seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our Risk Tech team and partner with Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering in order to derive deep insights about our usersβ behaviors and attitudes, and to communicate results and actionable recommendations across the company. Youβll think big about new opportunity areas, test concepts as they are being developed, and evaluate products once theyβve rolled out.
Our Risk Tech team strives to empower drivers to understand their driving, innovates to prevent accidents, and empathetically handles insurance claims. Your contributions will directly inform product decisions and guide design iterations.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
