Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global leadership hiring. This individual will play a critical role in building our talent pipeline at Director and VP level, ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top-tier senior leaders. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills, global exposure, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

The position will report directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Advisor in London. 

 

A Day in Your New Role:  

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles at Director and VP level across multiple regions and functions
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of different sources 
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent pipelines
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track, report, and optimize recruitment performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with global TA teams to enhance recruitment best practices

 

Projects You Will Own

  • Creative recruitment and sourcing solutions
  • Reporting and KPIs  
  • Offer acceptance rate: 85%   
  • Hires per quarter: 2-3  
  • Sourcing response rate: 15%
  • Time to fill: 60-90 days  

 

Qualities You Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global recruitment, with both agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring across multiple levels and departments
  • High proficiency in Boolean search and other sourcing tools
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and metrics
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and collaborate across time zones
  • Right to work in India is required
