Jobs Domain is focused on making the administration and management of Amazon’s global workforce easy. We centralize workforce data, ensure data integrity and security, and provide intuitive tools that enable people managers, HRx, and service delivery teams to take administrative actions that align with business needs. We improve the experience of all Amazon people managers and HRx by providing intuitive, easy-to-find tools that allow them to take actions to better manage their teams. We accelerate accurate decision-making in self-service workflows and drive down manual, low-value work. We handle the complexity of a transaction behind the scenes, including any necessary integrations with other teams (security, privacy, legal, risk, employment policies, compensation, et al.) so that our customers get to the outcomes they need, while being transparent about the progress to the user and stakeholders.

We’re looking for a leader to build the team and product roadmap that will make our vision of a world-class Amazonian experience a reality.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for brand new products, including S-Team level goals.
- Write and review PR/FAQs and other strategic documents with senior leadership.
- Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Work closely and collaboratively with design and product teams from partner organizations
- Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision
- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

You will be working with a unique and gifted cross-functional team of Engineers, Designers and Product Managers to develop exciting PXT products and experiences for Amazonians across the globe.

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
