Recruiter (Contract)

Flow Traders is looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team in Hong Kong initially on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-oriented environment. With a focus on experienced recruitment, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to strengthen Flow Traders’ brand in the technology space. What You Will Do

• Understand Flow Traders’ core business and the specific requirements for roles within the company
• Execute effective and creative recruitment strategies to swiftly fulfil hiring targets
• Schedule interviews, facilitate assessments and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process to ensure a positive experience
• Retain up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system and maintain talent pipeline
• Active sourcing and market mapping of technology talent using social media and other platforms

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle tech recruitment experience
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Data driven and creative self-starter who likes to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detail
• A go-getter attitude; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly adapt to changing priorities
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
