The Global Talent Sourcing Consultant it is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high growth company. We are a global team of almost 40+ Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece and the UK. 

The Global Talent Sourcing Consultant will provide Talent Sourcing support, and address recruiting needs on an on-going basis for technical, data and marketing positions across all our locations. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in Client Service, Business Development, Software Engineering, QA, Data, Product Development and Marketing in the USA and international markets.  

The position reports directly to the Global Operations Manager in the U.S. This role will ideally be located in Pune, India.

This is a 6 months contract role with a possibility of extension

  • Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing platforms. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization 
  • Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation 
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns 
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques 
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications 
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders 
  • Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas 
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities with recruiters and hiring managers 
  • Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence clients 
  • Utilizes Data for reporting and influencing hiring decisions, while maintaining data integrity 
  • Ensure all stages of the recruitment process are managed correctly and all data updated in Greenhouse. 

What You Have: 

  • 3-5 years valuable and relevant technology recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment with an emphasis on hard to fill positions with an expertise on low talent supply in a high demand market 
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using direct sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub, Boolean, X-ray Search, and networking events 
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the tech talent market and industry landscape trends 
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates 
  • Proven ability working with different tech roles: Development, QA, IT, and Product 
  • Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency 
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
