Your Role:

As the Senior Director of Product Management for GSI, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for SolarWinds' global system integrator (GSI) partners. You will work closely with the GSI sales, marketing, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our GSI partners and their customers. You will also collaborate with the product management leaders across SolarWinds' portfolio to ensure alignment and synergy with the overall product vision and strategy.

Your Impact:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GSI partners, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead the product discovery, validation, and delivery processes for GSI solutions, leveraging data, customer feedback, and market research to inform product decisions.
  • Partnering on delivering solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our GSI partners and their customers, and that enhance their satisfaction and retention.
  • Enabling our GSI partners and their customers to leverage our observability solutions, and to integrate them with their existing or new IT environments, tools, and processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help them grow and succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including GSI sales, marketing, engineering, customer success, and support, to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key GSI partners, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and acting as their advocate within SolarWinds.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance, usage, and feedback of GSI solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay abreast of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and best practices for GSI solutions, and incorporate relevant insights into the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Identify GSI platform architecture and the role SolarWinds can play in seeding into the GSI and MSP sales strategy.
  • Work with the product teams and ensure our GSI partners are embedding SolarWinds into both their architectural capabilities and their go-to-market sales motions.
  • Deliver revenue target to quota, global GSI target, and year-over-year growth of GSI contribution.
  • Inspire and motivate GSI partners to cross-sell and upsell SolarWinds, support alliance leads with go-to-market, enablement, and large deal incubation to increase deal size average.
  • Support alliance leads with joint go-to-market, enablement, and help account managers and our field teams with large deal opportunities that increase win/loss deal ratio.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of product management experience in the software industry, with at least 5 years of experience in managing products for GSI partners or enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful and scalable products that meet the needs of GSI partners and their customers.
  • Proficiency in translating business and technical objectives into sound technology strategies and solutions that drive YoY revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and customer feedback to drive product outcomes.
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of SolarWinds' products and markets, or similar products and markets, is a plus.
