The Role

As an innovative and dynamic Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead and shape the future of our talent acquisition and development efforts. You should have a strong knowledge of the SaaS industry, a forward-thinking approach to talent management, and the ability to develop strategies that support sustainable growth. You will be expected to foster the growth of the Talent Team while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. You will be a key driver in creating an effective talent function for 2025 and beyond, helping us build a high-performing, inclusive, and positive organizational culture.

 

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the talent acquisition strategy, including the development and implementation of strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
  • Design and executing data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates across all functions leveraging market insights to anticipate hiring trends and ensure a proactive approach to talent needs.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and developing clear objectives for talent, building relationships with key individuals, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the Talent Team, providing guidance, coaching, and career development to optimize team performance and ensure a cohesive Talent strategy
  • Provide Senior Leaders with support and consultation across the business on complex issues including strategic workforce planning and compensation.
  • Provide Senior Leaders with useful data to help guide decision making and allowing the company to scale effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strong visionary, leadership, & development skills
  • Comfortable as a "hands-on" manager and willing to roll up sleeves to get things done
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while exercising sound judgment
  • 7+ years of talent experience
  • Proven track record of management or leadership experience

 

Nice to Have But Not Required

  • SaaS background
  • Experience using Greenhouse
  • High-growth recruiting experience for a remote-first org

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $107,000 - $160,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
