We aim to accelerate long term growth, and improve Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX) by offering Sellers the option to work with a dedicated account manager to receive tailored strategies and problem-solving support. We work closely with Sellers to drive innovation.
Key job responsibilities
• Craft compelling value propositions to onboard new selling partners via phone calls.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability
• Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize customer experience and sales
• Educate sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency
• Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement
• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce.com to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and priorities to meet or exceed quarterly enrollment targets.
• Represent the Selling Partner 360 programme to Selling Partners at internal and external events.- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Strong analytical mindset with intermediate Excel proficiency
- Passion for e-commerce, sales, and helping businesses succeed
- Advocate on behalf of the customer
- Sales/Partner Management experience
- Experience in account management, business development, or consulting
- Knowledge of e-commerce or retail industry
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
