We at The Data Research team is dedicated to providing the most accurate caller ID and message ID information possible. We thoroughly research data from various sources and strive to build long-term trust with our users.
As a Data Research Support Agent, This role will focus on managing and improving the quality of user-generated data. Key responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data trends, and ensuring accurate information is presented to users when they search for numbers on our platform (app and website). This may involve interacting with users through chats, emails, or calls to gather feedback and improve data accuracy.
What you bring in:
- 3+ years of customer support experience (along with some kind of experience in data, like report generation, data cleansing, data collection., etc)
- Excellent communication skills
The impact you will create:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner with attention to detail
- Proactive in nature. Willing to conduct independent research to find and update the accurate information in our database
- Analyze user behaviour and engagement trends
- Multitasker. Should be able to handle multiple task/s simultaneously, if required.
- Experience in spreadsheet programs like MS Excel and Google sheets
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
- Achieve the daily target assigned and also maintain quality
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
It would be great if you also have:
- Six sigma certification
- Multiple Languages
- Experience in SQL
