The Role
As a member of the HubSpot Media team, you will help lead our paid advertising efforts to establish our Media programs as premier creators and influencers in the industry.
This role spans a wide range of channels, empowering you to identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities. You will manage existing initiatives and contribute innovative solutions, driving results with a hands-on approach and data-informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an independent and proactive with direct experience in executing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more. This role requires analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.

To grow our in-house media network, we run paid ad campaigns focused on acquiring leads, YouTube subscribers, podcast subscribers, and newsletter subscribers. These campaigns cover HubSpot-branded media programs and other owned properties.

Cash compensation range: 88000-132000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
