As a QA Specialist, you will play a vital role in the company by continually building, improving, and enhancing our business processes through automation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a brand-new QA team from the ground up within our department—establishing our quality assurance function from scratch rather than joining an existing team. You will collaborate with Developers and Implementors throughout the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design, Document, Execute and Follow complex test scenarios.
  •  Participate in the development process from the design phase.
  • Help establish the QA department by defining standards, creating processes, and mentoring future team members.
  • Play a key role in building and testing a cutting-edge platform that leverages the latest technologies on the market.
  •  Contribute to quality improvements by researching industry trends and evaluating relevant articles, whitepapers, and periodicals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manual testing of complex, online, and business-critical applications – A must.
  • Proficient with SQL and API testing – A must.
  •  In-depth knowledge of QA processes (STP, STD, integration testing, regression testing) – A must.
  •  Experience in automation tools such as UiPath – Advantage.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Salesforce – Advantage.
  •  Proactive with a deep desire to take charge, innovate, and progress.
  • Strong technical capabilities and a solid understanding of the development lifecycle and business processes.
  •  Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
