The Director of Performance Strategy & Operations will lead a team focused on delivering world-class performance to StackAdapt’s customer base. You will create a center of excellence which executes a high volume of campaigns and develops and implements industry-leading trading and optimization tactics. You will serve as a thought-leader in the domain of campaign optimization across a wide variety of channels and marketing objectives, providing consultation externally to clients and internally to Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing.
Success in this role will require deep platform expertise, a passion for operations, and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading campaign execution and optimization strategies to StackAdapt’s global customer base. In addition, you will partner with Product and Marketing to scalably deliver effective solutions to StackAdapt’s self-serve customer base.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly data-driven, customer-obsessed, and passionate about leading operations teams. They will create industry-leading measurement and optimization strategies, drive revenue growth, increase operating efficiency, and demonstrate thought-leadership inside and outside the company.
