Shipping Supplies Program Manager role is spread across spokes, hubs and last mile for both Out On Road and Transshipment assets. The PM will be reponsible for end to end asset design, deployment, utilization and losses. They will partner with RCP for streamlining totes across cold chain asks for GSF Fresh and SSD business.
Key job responsibilities
Core responsibilities include 1. Ensuring operations continuity by ensuring right stocks for the network 2. Driving lowest cost per unit MoM 3. Reducing shipping supplies losses 4. Ideating better SS design to meet changing business requirements 5. Introducing and adopting process and practices for ease of operations 6. Driving meaningful DDs across value chain 7. Partnering for financial loss booking. 2 years of program or project management experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams for defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsExperience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Experience in driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
