GTM Sustainability Intern: ESG Summernaut Program

The Role:

We are looking for a smart and driven intern with a passion for sustainability and the role of businesses as a platform for change and innovation. You will contribute and independently drive projects within the sustainability team and closely work with a multitude of stakeholders, based on your skills and experience you bring. You help identify key priorities, conduct research and develop new ideas for implementation.  You support across all strategic areas of the sustainability team and contribute to product development, sales execution and internal operations and communication.

The work you’ll do:

• You monitor ESG trends and innovations and conduct continuous market research and data analyses to inform strategic developments in all areas of the sustainability team, with a focus on decarbonizing the supply chain and regulatory compliance
• You engage in GTM activities, preparing enablement material or meetings with external stakeholders and supporting sales operations
• You will focus on internal enablement activities to make sure our GTM organization is well-equipped with sales assets to run the sales cycle and position our sustainability apps correctly.
• With your commitment, you ensure a smooth exchange of information between the GTM team and other important internal stakeholders.
• You will be responsible for monitoring the current progress of app implementations of our customers.

The qualifications you need:

• Studying in the field of sustainable business management or business administration or in a comparable program with a focus on sustainability,  environmental sciences/technologies is a plus.
• A good understanding of business sustainability challenges (climate change, CO2 measurement, SDG, regulatory frameworks) and available solutions with the aspiration to become a domain expert one day proven through your work experience or private endeavors.
• Have a first understanding of process mining and initial ideas about how process mining could be applied to help companies overcome sustainability challenges. 
• Ability to develop and maintain value-driven, productive relationships with customers and partners, as well as internal stakeholders.
• Passionate about helping customers solve business and sustainability challenges. You are intellectually curious, have a willingness to learn, and continuously seek self-improvement.
• Effective communication skills; fluency in both spoken and written English (other languages are a bonus!).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Critical thinking and analytical mindset with a preference to solve problems pragmatically and with high quality.
• Ability to collaborate, partner, and work effectively and smoothly in a hyper-growth company in an international team, including collaborating with team members in a remote setting.
• Full time availability from 2nd of June to 1st of August 2025 and Madrid located
