This role is based in our dedicated tech hubs in San Francisco, CA and Boca Raton, FL. We use a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office per week.

Your Day to Day

• Lead with Vision: Direct and inspire a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

• Drive Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data annotation projects, ensuring flawless delivery on time and within scope.

• Optimize Workflows: Develop and implement efficient processes and systems that enhance quality, productivity, and scalability.

• Bridge Technical and Operational Needs: Partner with engineering and product teams to align project execution with broader strategic goals, while addressing customer needs.

• Solve Strategic Challenges: Tackle high-level operational problems with creativity and rigor, contributing innovative solutions to support AI alignment and data excellence.

• Communicate with Precision: Provide regular, clear, and actionable updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency across all projects.

About You

• Rockstar Leadership: Proven experience leading teams through complex projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in challenging environments. Minimum of 5 years in a project leadership role, preferably managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives.

• Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, linguistics, or a related STEM field. Hands-on experience with tools like SQL and Python is required.

• Flawless Execution: A track record of independently managing high-stakes projects from ideation to completion, with unwavering attention to detail and quality.

• Analytical Problem Solver: A sharp, methodical thinker who excels at dissecting complex challenges and developing actionable solutions. Experience in consulting or operations is a strong plus.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, build from scratch, and continuously improve.
