Job Description

Apple’s US Benefits Operations team is seeking a highly collaborative, driven, and passionate US Healthcare Program Manager. You will be an essential team member responsible for leading US healthcare program administration, vendors, compliance and building strong relationships with both internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence across our healthcare program portfolio. As Apple's US Healthcare Program Manager you will research, analyze and administer US Healthcare medical plan. Monitor operational performance of US medical carrier including service of advocates, clinical program efficiency and impactful reporting. Oversee pharmacy benefit program in tandem with external pharmacy advisor to approve formulary changes; working collaboratively with PBM. Be responsible for owning the healthcare navigation platform and integration with US medical carriers, pharmacy administrator and other health care partners. You will support proposed design changes to assess administration, employee experience and compliance, ensuring compliance and timely filings with federal, state and local legal requirements. Participate in review, assessment and recommendations of vendor request for proposals in collaboration with procurement. You will also partner closely with Apple Wellness teams to align on healthcare program changes, health plan partner integrations and vital reporting for Apple Wellness Centers and Virtual on Demand platform. Serve as SME guide for employee critical issues to Benefits Admin and People Support. Support change management of annual Open Enrollment activities. Proactively Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in administration of programs using internal tools and external expertise; participate in benchmark surveys and build network relationships Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
