Amazon is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager (SPM) to be based in London, United Kingdom (UK), to support strategic partnerships across partners headquartered in EMEA. This is an Individual Contributor role.
As an SPM, you will lead the implementation of Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCA), and your role will lie at the intersection of Business Development, Program Management, and Business Consulting.
Key job responsibilities
• Owning large, complex and transformative SCAs with strategic partners across EMEA.
• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key partner stakeholders all the way up to the C-Suite.
• Evangelizing the SCA vision across partner’s and AWS teams.
• Filling the gap between SCA vision and execution, by building an executable plan in cooperation with the partner, which incorporates lessons learnt and best practices from worldwide SCA engagements.
• Governing of the partner SCA, by leading QBRs and cadences, owning executive-level reporting, and managing escalations.
• Shaping and coordinating the delivery of transformative initiatives across Build, Market, and Sell motions. Depending on the SCA scope, these can range from new product development to Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
• Ensuring executive alignment, by facilitating communication between both organizations at top level, connecting teams, and becoming a trusted advisor to management teams on both sides.
• Owning the SCA’s Business Case, and managing SCA change when business priorities/conditions shift.
• Supporting the growth of AWS partner business globally through the extension of the initial SCA and the addition of new ones with local partners.
• Building scalable mechanisms for the continuous improvement of the function, as SCA demand grows faster than team size.

- Experience in growing through channel and technology partners.
- Experience in leading multi-year, multi-million programs across organizations, as a manager or as an individual contributor.
- Experience in managing executive. stakeholders in high-stakes business relationships.
- Experience in doing business in the EMEA region.
- Fluency in English.- MBA
