AR Analyst-Japan

Amazon (China) Holding Company Limited Finance Operations department seeks a bright, articulated and detail-oriented Japanese speaking Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst to play the important role in Japan Accounts Receivable Financial Operations Team (A/R) in Chengdu, China. This position will focus on Accounts Receivable with a strong emphasis on paying customers on time and all related activities in order to achieve this mission such as problem resolving and handling inquires and escalations. Furthermore, this position will also support process improvement, controller-ship policies and procedures.
Areas of Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
1. Be responsible for JP Retail AR dispute process.
2. Reporting and analyzing data provided by different tools.
3. Other works assigned by manager.- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Workable Japanese skill, JLPT-N1 level.- 3+ years of finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, account receivable (collections) or general ledger experience
