We build strong relationships with the people we support and can anticipate their needs without being asked. Our passion for helping others makes us an invaluable resource.

As an Executive Team Assistant, you will be responsible for navigating and organizing an executive’s commitments. In this role you will own a wide variety of tasks including executive-level administrative support, assisting with errands, and household management. You take initiative, operate with discretion and resourcefulness, and thrive off of enabling the people you support to be as productive and impactful as possible. Most importantly, you have a true desire to be helpful and go above and beyond to tackle challenges.

The position does require being on-call after hours and on weekends, and the person who accepts the challenge will appreciate a flexible schedule.
