As the Producer II on the Publishing Tools and Services Team - Player Platform, you will be a key leader on the team responsible for the technology behind Riot’s content, news, and assets that power Riot's publishing efforts. In this role, you will partner with team product, design, and engineering leaders to define team operations strategy, collaborate on product roadmaps, cultivate a creative work environment, streamline workflows, and provide strong leadership/decision making to this pivotal platform engineering team at the crossroads of our player-facing products and publishing strategy. Your success will be rooted in your production craft expertise, a collaborative approach, practiced leadership experience, and a relentless focus on delighting players. In this role, you’ll ensure your teams are predictable, visible, sustainable, and consistently creating valuable outcomes for players. You will report to the Senior Manager of Production for the Player Experience Initiative within the Player Platform business unit.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes your fellow Rioters, who are the customers of your work. Being a dedicated fan of games is not necessary for this position!
