Key job responsibilities
You will join a dynamic team focused on automation of manual investigative processes using advanced technologies. You will own implementing the new routing strategy end to end, partner with WW Support Operations in managing the execution. You will monitor adoption of the tools and detect automation or routing opportunities to drive seller efficiency and and build solutions that enable meeting your program goals. You will work cross functionally with product, finance, engineering, and analytics stakeholders, and develop automation mechanisms to drive scalability. You will need stakeholder management in this complex and ambiguous space partnering with WW FBA to execute solutions.
About the team
The Defect Prevention and Reconciliation (DP&R) organization builds innovative technical products that recognize, reconcile, and prevent exceptions within Amazonβs fulfillment supply chain. We are building a future where we capture, analyze, and explain every inventory defect across all stages of the supply chain (i.e. inbound, distribution, storage, fulfillment, returns). The Support Operations Tools and Automation team, within DP&R, owns the system technology, and tools used by the DP&R Support Operations to onboard, investigate and audit WW Seller and Vendor contacts to Amazon. - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
