Experience -4-7 years
Skills - Graduate with prior hospitality management, facilities management and event management experience in some reputed MNC or a 4 or 5 star Hotel with experience in - MS office, MS Excel, G-SUITE , good command over English and excellent vendor management skills.
Work Type - On site, Mon - Friday, Saturday, only if required.
Job Description
- Oversee Office management operations and all aspects of the office including travel, food & beverage, office supplies and events
- Ensuring the daily upkeep of the GIFT office facility in line with set SLAβs and KPIβs & be the first point of contact for any ground level facilities management issues.
- Stock and consumable management, ordering of the inventory related to F&B,cleaning and other facilities management work.
- Report generation and management of the checklists
- Conduct regular inspection of furniture, doors, supplies, facilities, computer dust, floors etc and co-ordinate with the Corporate Services team for any repair work etc.
- Working closely with Office Manager, Corporate Services Manager to introduce new ideas, processes, latest market trends contributing towards bringing in more efficiency and quality in office management tasks.
- Checking on the discipline and grooming of the support staff and ensuring that they adhere to their responsibility in a disciplined manner
- 1st level check for the sub vendor's supplies bills, ensuring each statement is matching with the challans. Check all the invoices and confirm and forward to the reporting manager for further approvals
- Liaison with the building management team for multiple coordination activities (example - vendor entry, parking slot management etc )
- Assists with events and hospitality as needed (Setup and coordination).Should be able to assist in management of events (both in house and at an external venue)
- Coordinate set up of desks for visitors and movement of employees within office
- Management of the entire food and beverage services including but not limited to the cafeteria, micro kitchen and break-out areas
