Key Skills and Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.•Extensive experience in the development and integration of Battery Management Systems (BMS).•Strong understanding of pack-level BMS Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) functions.•Proficiency in BMS development testing and characterization methodologies.•Experience with electrical/BMS integration in battery energy storage systems.•Knowledge of system architecture and firmware development for BMS.•Familiarity with diagnostics, monitoring, and fault detection features in BMS.•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.•Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.•Proven track record of successful project management and delivery within the specified experience level.•Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for BMS.
