As a Customer Expansion Manager at Cognism, you will operate with a customer-centric and demand generation mindset and play a crucial role in driving upsell expansion growth within our existing customer base. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation strategies to ensure our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented. As well as working across tasks in the customer marketing team helping assist with tasks that drive forwards our key pillars of customer marketing: advocacy, retention and expansion.
This role will report to the VP of Marketing.
