Anthropic is seeking a strategic and innovative Programmatic Social Lead to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you'll drive our paid social media strategy across key platforms including Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok to amplify our brand reach and product adoption. You'll be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that optimize for diverse audiences, increasing the volume and variance of our creative assets, and ensuring excellence in measurement and KPI performance.
As the Programmatic Social Lead, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sophisticated audience targeting, testing frameworks, and performance measurement systems that support Anthropic's mission of creating safe, beneficial AI. The expected salary range for this position is:
Annual Salary:$300,000—$300,000 USDEducation requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
