Amazon Pickup Locations, such as Amazon Locker, are exciting new delivery solutions. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing the network of location providers, suitable as hosts for Lockers and Amazon’s own pickup and return point network. Creating long-lasting relationships with strategic partners across Australia (especially key cities) is fundamental to the expansion plans for the program and for delivering an outstanding customer experience. Maximizing these partner relationships helps our business to grow, expanding Amazon's delivery network and providing more convenience and selection to our customers.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build our network of location partners. You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with premium partners. Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including technology, marketing, transportation, operations/quality and customer service, to drive great customer experience for our program. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced innovative environment. The role will require expertise both in internal and external team project management. Communicating with the senior Amazon leadership team will be a weekly occurrence as well as working with leaders at major companies to strengthen partner relations.

Roles and responsibilities
1) Own the Pickup and Return Points strategy in Australia including the P&L.
2) Expand new networks and services to provide more convenient services for our AU customers.
3) Work with current partners to provide new opportunities and building out a pipeline of new partners considering the business priority.
4) Drive the Amazon Pickup Locations Customer experience to deliver the best in class experience, service and convenience
5) Drive off-line marketing and advertising campaigns with location partners to ensure growth of Amazon Locker awareness and exposure.
About the team
WW hub PARP team is extremely diverse and exciting team which contains all the functions (Business development, Account management, Quality, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product and Business Planning) across countries (US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Japan, Australia and more ...) but all dedicated to this Pickup and Return Points service. You will enjoy the environment if you are curious working with the team from different culture and backgrounds.- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
