We’re seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the simplification, scaling, and support of our HRIS ecosystem, with a primary focus on Workday. You will serve as the Workday domain expert, driving innovation in business processes and ensuring seamless integration with tools like ADP and other ecosystem applications. You'll lead Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and maintenance along with production support to triage, resolve, and prevent system issues and maintain security role assignments. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain system documentation including process flows, user guides, and best practices to support scaleable operations. Stay on the cutting edge by monitoring Workday releases, evaluating new features, and recommending enhancements to continuously improve system capabilities. To ensure quality, you'll have the opportunity to develop test scripts, lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure robust and reliable implementations.
As a key member of the People Technology team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Payroll, People Operations, Talent, Total Rewards, and Finance to design scalable solutions, bridge technology and process gaps, and drive the successful implementation and optimization of our systems.

As our next Senior Business Systems Analyst you should have 5+ years of experience supporting and configuring Workday, with deep knowledge of Payroll and Time Tracking, plus:
$150,000/year to $175,000/year + benefits + equity
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below) or equity.
