We're looking for an experienced Partner Solution Architect to join our Technology Alliances Partner team in EMEA. Reporting to the Partner Engineering Director and working in a remote environment based in either the UK or Germany, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership, influence, and develop a technical strategy for the Technology Alliances Partners
  • Building deep relationships with senior technical sales counterparts within the partners to enable them to be Zscaler advocates providing regional scale 
  • Assisting partners to acquire the appropriate skills and certifications, or complement their skills, so they can effectively position our joint value with prospects
  • Coaching a strong team of Partner Engineers and architects by helping them embed the co-sell and technical integration motions into their regional technical partner plans
  • Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge with our broader field (Sales, Presales) organization to support technical account discovery and solution alignment with the partners in order to set initial joint account strategy for key opportunities

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • At least 10+ years of technical pre-sales, solutions architecture / design / implementation experience
  • Technical sales or strategic alliances experience, with a consistent track record of quota overachievement
  • Experience in working with hyperscalers (AWS, Google, Microsoft) as an ISV or managing ISV Partners technical teams
  • Strong understanding of how to navigate large Technology Alliances partners organizational structures
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities aligned to larger hyperscaler transformation projects

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience managing executive-level relationships
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills and very engaging interpersonal skills including large scale presentations
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% of your time in order to support partner engagements, industry events, and internal development
