DREX, Business Development Manager

Are you passionate about digital assets, blockchain, and the future of finance? Do you have experience in business development and a strong understanding of Brazil's evolving financial ecosystem? We’re looking for a DREX Business Development Manager to help drive adoption and growth in the Brazilian market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for DREX (Digital Real) solutions in Brazil.
• Build and manage relationships with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporate partners.
• Identify business opportunities and drive partnerships to expand adoption.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Stay up to date with regulatory developments and industry trends.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in fintech, payments, or digital assets.
• Strong knowledge of Brazil’s financial sector, including DREX, open banking, and digital payments.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and engage with key stakeholders.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese & English (Spanish is a plus!).
