Sales Manager - Specialist Products - APJ

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Specialist Products Sales team across the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This role is based in Singapore and reports directly to the APJ Managing Director. The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth while fostering a people-first culture that values collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.

Your Impact

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the Specialist Products business across APJ, aligning with SolarWinds' broader goals.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Specialist Products Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Development: Identify growth opportunities within the APJ region, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to capture market share.
• Customer Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their success with SolarWinds products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to the APJ Managing Director, ensuring transparency and proactive planning.
• People-First Culture: Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team environment that prioritizes employee development, engagement, and well-being.
  Qualifications:

Your Experience:

• A minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the IT or software industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in APJ markets is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Results-oriented: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the APJ region's business and cultural dynamics.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and value.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
