We are currently seeking a detail oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational, research and writing skills, with two to five years of compliance experience to join our Compliance Department.
Your Role
- Gather, review and synthesize relevant information and documents to complete and document compliance due diligence reviews.
- Assist in implementation of compliance policies and review for potential process improvement opportunities.
- Track and prepare reports on status and maintain electronic files and documentation for existing and new workstreams.
- Assign and track training for relevant employees.
- Coordinate with other internal teams, regarding legal documents (including NDAs, license agreements) and other items.
- Stay current on industry trends and changes to relevant rules, regulations and laws.
What Youβll Bring
- A BA or BS and a minimum of two to five years of related experience
- Understanding of the markets and willingness to learn new and complex investment methodologies
- Familiarity with the U.S. federal securities laws including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940
