The IT Management Tribe has the privilege of providing technology products and services to the whole HelloFresh organization. We're looking for someone to help take us to the next level by taking the global technical ownership of the implementation, integrations,  roll outs and business as usual activities of our Guided Buying/Procure-to-order (Workday Procurement) solution.

What you’ll do

As a Technical Expert for Workday Procurement, you will play a critical role in driving the global implementation, integration, and optimization of our Guided Buying solution. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to strategically align the solution within our overall system landscape ensuring seamless functionality, directly contributing to our organization's efficiency and long-term success, while actively shaping and evolving our ways of working.

In this role you will:

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Workday Procurement globally, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze complex requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive the ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday Procurement, proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges, managing system upgrades, and ensuring optimal performance.
• Serve as the technical expert for integrating Workday Procurement with critical enterprise systems, including our ERP, other Workday modules, CLM platform, and in-house tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
• Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps and actively participate in defining technical objectives that align with overall business goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal and external audits, providing technical guidance, overseeing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

What you’ll bring

Must Have hard skills:

• Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in planning, leading, and executing complex technical projects, utilizing advanced project management methodologies and best practices. Independently execute on business-as-usual processes and drive change management activities to increase adherence and improve these processes.
• Experience: 
  • 10+ years of experience as a Workday Procurement engineer, demonstrating a deep understanding of Workday's functionalities and capabilities.
  • Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Workday Procurement, including setting up custom fields, internal and external catalogs, non-catalogue requests, and complex approval workflows. Act as a subject matter expert for internal and external audits, providing technical guidance, overseeing risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Advanced skills in developing, testing, deploying, and managing integrations with Workday Procurement, with proven ability to write custom scripts and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Proven expertise in integrating Workday Procurement with various enterprise systems, including ERPs, other Workday modules, CLM platforms, and in-house tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Strong command of SQL for querying, managing, and migrating data within Workday Procurement, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert-level technical support post-implementation, including troubleshooting complex integration issues, resolving system errors, and optimizing system performance.

• Out of the box thinking: Creative mindset with a proven ability to develop novel solutions to technical challenges. Implements process improvements and defines problem statements, scope, and success criteria autonomously.
• Adaptability: Highly adaptable and resilient, with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage change.
