What about Dataiku IT team?

Dataiku’s IT organization is composed of the IT Operations, IT Support, and Security teams.

Within the IT organization, the IT Operations team is responsible for the:

  • Applications (50+, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom …)
  • Devices (fleet composed mainly of MacOS, but also Windows and Linux)
  • Services
  • Networks

that enable Dataiku employees to work efficiently.

How you’ll make an impact

Dataiku is looking for a talented IT Operations Manager to join the team. We are looking for an energetic individual with organizational skills, communication skills, and a strong technology background.

You will report to the Senior Manager of IT Ops Engineering, and work closely with the IT (Support, Operations, Security) and Infrastructure teams.

As an IT Operations Manager, your role will be twofold:

  • actively participate in our daily IT Operations
  • manage IT projects, both led by IT or by other departments (eg: People, Marketing, Product)


Here's a taste of how you can help the team: 

  • Participate in our daily IT operations (SaaS management, configuration review, automation, escalation point for IT support, share and implement continuous improvement)
  • Contribute to the improvement of our IT operations (standardization and improvement of our processes)
  • Manage projects autonomously - in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors
    • Collect requirements/needs from internal stakeholders
    • Write specifications and collaborate with technical teams
    • Lead the project delivery
  • Participate in the definition and update of our IT roadmap
  • Collaborate daily with the whole IT department: Support, Security, Infra
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, both within Dataiku and among our suppliers (in collaboration with the Procurement)

Some examples of projects you may manage:

  • Implementation/Replacement of a new SaaS application
  • Automate SaaS operation to reduce IT manual workload and improve lead time
  • Compliance: preparation for an upcoming audit

What you need to be successful 

  • Have +3 years of experience working in IT, especially in those fields: Operations, Service Delivery, Project Management
  • Have a strong interest in and knowledge of corporate IT topics (SaaS, device management, security, etc.)
  • Appreciate collaborating with various departments and technical teams
  • Are an organized, resourceful, process-oriented mind, with an ability to work with autonomy
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills (French & English)

  • You like to document and share best practices, allowing our teams and employees to efficiently use our application and services
  • You can build reports to track our performances
  • You are willing to become an expert on some of our key applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, our ticketing system, etc.) #LI-Hybrid
