How you’ll fit in to the big picture ✨

As a Lifecycle Ticket Coordinator within our lifecycle team, you will be delivering exceptional support and customer service driven by Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). This will be achieved through engaging with business partners, customers, and internal stakeholders all captured through the ticket management system.

What you’ll be doing 🎯

  • Process, monitor, and update LifeCycle Tickets in the internal system
  • Act as a liaison between customers and suppliers
  • Own and track issues through to resolution, following up at set intervals
  • Escalate problems as needed and assist users via phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Manage email requests, engaging the appropriate teams for timely responses
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Record all tickets (requests, incidents, problems) in the logging system
  • Liaise with suppliers for deliveries, returns, and collections
  • Support colleagues' tickets during absences and help meet team KPIs
  • Monitor stock levels and provide updates on shortages
  • Update the internal knowledgebase with resolution details

  • Experience with software, hardware, and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with root cause identification.
  • Proficient in Office products.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong personal organisation and planning skills.
