Job type: This is a 6 month fixed term contract, working 6 hours a day/ 30 hours per week; Monday to Friday.

Location: London. We offer a hybrid working model with one day a week in office.

Compensation: £50,000 per annum (pro rata). 

About this role 

As a Talent Acquisition Resourcer you will play a crucial role in our Talent Acquisition Team by identifying and attracting top talent for our rapidly growing Client Service Team. Your focus will be on sourcing students and recent graduates across the UK and Europe using various tools and platforms. You’ll develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and engage with them through personalised outreach, ensuring that our talent community grows. You will also work closely with the wider team to build effective recruitment strategies, enhance our employer brand, and support hiring initiatives for AlphaSights. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pools by identifying qualified candidates through advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search) and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates, expanding our talent community and providing a positive candidate experience.
• Screen and qualify candidates through initial calls, assessing alignment with our needs and introducing them to AlphaSights.
• Strengthen our employer brand online through engagement with candidates and relevant channels.
• Conduct market research and provide competitive analysis to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to engage and excite potential candidates about new prospects. 
• Highly organized, with an independent and structured approach to work.
• Demonstrated experience working towards targets with a proactive mindset to achieve the best results.
• A collaborative mindset with flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in German or another European language is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience in hiring from European markets, specifically Dach, Benelux and Nordics is a plus. 

Compensation and benefits
