The Role: 

We're seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to lead the development and management of our data products, utilizing advanced data matching techniques and signal-based insights. In this role you will focus on:  

Data matching: 

You will lead the optimization of our matching systems that link related records from different sources to build a comprehensive, unified view. You will also work with data scientists to drive sophisticated algorithms that identify and merge duplicate or fragmented information.  

Signal Data:  

Signal data captures key business events, such as funding, acquisitions, IPOs, hiring, new product launch, or leadership changes - events that indicate shifts in a company’s priorities. Signal data also include job changes of senior professionals.  

This role involves driving data product strategy, managing data product roadmap, leading data acquisition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data product solutions that add value to our customers. This role demands a deep understanding of B2B data and a track record of data product management.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Define and lead product vision and strategy for Signal Data and Data Matching, ensuring alignment with company overall vision and goals.  
  • Develop roadmap and manage the release cycle, ensuring the alignment with overall product launch and KPIs.  
  • Define requirements, prioritize features and oversee the lifecycle from ideation to release.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, research and analytics, sales, marketing, customer success, and legal to deliver high-quality data solutions on time and within budget.  
  • Rejuvenize existing Signal Data product by discovering and acquiring new data sources both internally and via third party.   
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to enhance existing Data Matching. Define requirements to develop robust matching algorithms and methodologies that ensure matching accuracy, consistency and quality.  
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to monitor trends and insights. Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. 
  • Engage with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, understand unmet needs and incorporate their input into product development.  
  • Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement.  
  • Define quality metrics for Singal Data and Data Matching. Track and report product status and enhancements. Prepare product related materials and address product related questions.  

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a data-focused role as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company. 
  • Proven track record in managing data products and a deep understanding of the data lifecycle (eg. collection, curation) and analytics. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.  
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance competing priorities, and drive collaborative decision-making. 

Preferred: 

  • Strong understanding of data matching techniques, signal data processing and data quality assurance. 
  • Experience working in the sales intelligence or data analytics industry.
