It's an amazing time to join Netflix as we continue to shape the future of global entertainment. We bring stories to millions of people around the world, every day, and in the role of Marketing Production Manager (Nordics) you’d be at the center of this thrilling machine, working closely with peers within Marketing, Communications, Content, Product and our Agency partners to bring our Marketing campaigns to life.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Production Manager to help drive operational and creative excellence for our Nordic Marketing campaigns. The role is based in Stockholm, part of the Nordic Marketing team, and reports to the Marketing Director for the Nordics.
Responsibilities include:
- Production Management: Oversee end-to-end production for marketing assets, shoots and activations for our Nordic markets. Develop production timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deadlines are met by our production partners.
- Local adaptations: Collaborate with agency partners (across Europe / elsewhere) to adapt global campaign creatives for our Nordic markets.
- Quality Control: Ensure all marketing materials meet technical quality standards and creative integrity. Review and approve final asset deliverables, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage production budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising quality through our agencies / vendors.
- Vendor Management: Source and manage the day-to-day relationships with our external vendors / agency partners - such as media agencies, creative agencies and production houses. Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors live up to our standards.
- Process / operational improvements: Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of our production processes and workflows together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project and production risks and come up with ways to mitigate them. Continuously monitor project and production progress, and be proactive when it comes to addressing issues.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations within the areas of production / Marketing production.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Marketing Production Manager / Project Manager. Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages.
- Proven track record of executing creative productions from brief to final delivery for large 360 campaigns (which include, but are not limited to; online- and offline marketing assets, AV & print finishing, localization, and event production).
- A good understanding of the Nordic media-, vendor-, and production landscape and experience working with a diverse set of agencies (media, creative, production houses).
- Able to provide clear and actionable creative direction throughout the production process while effectively communicating with multiple creative partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Capable of overseeing and managing multiple productions simultaneously, coordinating effectively with different teams and agencies, ensuring a smooth information flow and asset delivery.
- The right candidate can identify opportunities to improve our campaigns by having a strong understanding of how different types of media / channels work together to generate impact.
Personality attributes:
- Organized and Detail-oriented: Exceptional operational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of projects are managed effectively and accurately.
- Proactive: Anticipates needs and challenges, taking initiative to address them before they become issues. Always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Ownership: Takes full responsibility for their work and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively with others, valuing team success over individual success. Builds strong relationships and fosters a positive team environment.
- Flexible: to change priorities and able to pivot as needed. Thrives in a dynamic environment and remains calm under pressure.
- Curious: Continuously seeks to learn new things and improve. Embraces opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Solution-oriented: Working to find quick and constructive solutions when challenges arise.
