AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS)
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. The role of ESG strategist / program manager will work with teams across the business to ensure we can meet ESG reporting regulations.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage and prepare the business for compliance with different mandatory ESG disclosure requirements.
- Track and report on progress on implementation plans.
- Provide guidance and direction to other AWS teams on requirements.
- Engage and inform a broad set of internal stakeholders.
- Work successfully in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment to meet tight deadlines.

rounded professional.- 3+ years of professional ESG experience in ESG
- 3+ years of experience managing, analyzing and communicating ESG data to senior management
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with ESG-related regulations, legislation, policies or contract frameworks
- Proven ability to engage with senior leadership, and cross-functional teams
