We are seeking a technical Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, implement and own innovative solutions that empower our diverse business partners, including Finance, Legal, Security, People Operations, Success and Sales, to excel and drive operational efficiency and scalability within their operations.

In this role, you will be entrusted with end-to-end ownership of projects. This includes identifying opportunities, defining success metrics, gathering requirements, designing user experience, and overseeing technical implementation. Your knowledge of SaaS tooling, configuration, and integrations will be crucial in creating holistic solutions that align with our objectives. Additionally, you will craft and execute comprehensive roadmaps, nurture relationships with SaaS vendors, and identify avenues to better support our stakeholders. Ultimately, your focus will be on enabling scalability, streamlining processes for our business teams, and enhancing the overall experience for all Hubspotters. 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with internal users and business teams as their technical advisor and problem solver
  • Build detailed requirements, evaluate options, define flows, integrations, and technical architecture to design the solution 
  • Develop a technically sound roadmap to realize your solution
  • Advocate for iterative development, simplicity, reliability, and value
  • Lead the execution of the roadmap and communicate key milestones to senior leadership
  • Configure in-app functionality, manage integrations to and from SaaS applications using tools like Workato, and overseeing end-to-end solution implementation
  • Manage connections with SaaS providers, serving as an expert on requirements, configuration, integration details, and more
  • Create communication and rollout strategies to drive awareness, adoption, excitement, and usage of implemented solutions

  • Proficient in systems analysis across multiple technologies
  • Able to articulate a compelling vision and roadmap, leading cross-functional initiatives for impactful business outcomes 
  • Able to problem-solve and navigate complex environments to deliver effective solutions
  • Empathetic towards customer and operational team’s needs, driven by a passion for collaborative value creation
  • Experienced in conducting market analysis across technical solutions to enhance self-service and chat platforms, staying updated on industry trends 
  • Proficient (with hands on experience) in SaaS application management, app configuration and integration design
  • Experience with integration design and tools like Workato or ServiceNow Flow Designer 
  • Adept at strategic communication and can develop targeted stakeholder communication strategies throughout the product life cycle



Cash compensation range: 115400-184600 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
