The Sales Director (SD) role is a combination of sales activities and team management. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for growing and training a team of StackAdapters. The SD is the direct manager for a team of 4-8 Account Executives, working in tandem with the VP and Director of Sales to grow StackAdapt’s Northern California presence and revenue. 

The SD will operate as a player-coach, working with individual Account Executives to close and grow mid-market accounts. A successful SD must have a clear understanding of the programmatic media landscape in order to effectively lead a sales team and sell StackAdapt’s solution. The SD must be able to motivate their team to work towards quotas in a fast paced, high growth environment.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in San Francisco and Bay area for this position.
