Position Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performing, and collaborative sales team and support some of the largest North America companies with diversity challenges, key IT hiring needs, and talent retention.  As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be the initial point of contact in the Sales cycle, responsible for identifying and generating new sales opportunities to support the rapid growth of mthree in Canada. Your role will be critical to the business's continued expansion, attracting new customers. This role is an opportunity to build your own personal sales skills, with the potential to progress rapidly into a more senior Business Development role within the team. You will also be able to work in a global environment, and interact with colleagues in Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. The role will be hybrid, working with colleagues in-office 3 days per week.

How you will make an impact:

• Prospecting (cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn) and high-volume outreach to enterprise companies to generate new leads in line with department goals. 
• Generate new business as the initial point of contact in the sales cycle (Hunter mentality) while leveraging various outreach tools. 
• Partner directly with the Business Development country leader to identify sales opportunities and create targeted outreach programs.
• Conduct extensive research on prospective clients and decision makers, identify their business needs and the way we can support their talent needs.
• Keep a track record of all activity on CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Deliver and exceed your targets.
• Develop sales skills in a wide range of areas: Outreaching, Pitching, Questioning etc.
• Attend business networking events, trade conferences and industry meet ups, representing mthree.

• Undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
• Background in B2B sales or tech sector.
• Proficiency in French preferred.
• Strong systems knowledge and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines accurately and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Well-organized with strong planning and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and adapts to others' needs.
• Leads or participates in teams for problem-solving and strategic development.
• Demonstrates decision-making skills and manages conflicts effectively.
