About the Role

Matillion is looking for a Sales Engineering leader to build and scale their global team leading the technical aspects of the Customer Lifecycle. The role includes directly leading a team of 20+ customer-facing technical resources or similar professionals, with the expectation to double or triple the size of the team, managing across dual headquarters in Denver & Manchester, UK, and helping Matillion scale to $100M+ in revenue over the next 18 months. 

You will partner with sales leaders globally to hire the right team members, develop our enterprise sales engineering teams, develop best practices for the technical presales org, and identify and drive increasing revenue by optimizing our GTM engine. 

You will also be responsible for working closely with partner organizations across sales, customer success, solution architecture/support, and marketing to align our collective GTM strategy across functions.
