Summary
As a Senior Scrum Master, you are instrumental in enabling development teams to deliver predictably at scale. This position will coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders in multiple time zones to drive alignment on prioritization and execution. You will lead the implementation of the Scrum process across multiple teams, working closely with Product and Engineering to ensure consistency and efficiency in the delivery of development projects. The person stepping into the role will have a passion for establishing order in a fast-moving environment rooted in continuous improvement.
