About The Role

This role reports to the CEO. EliseAI is looking for a VP of Corporate Development to develop and own relationships with key partners during our high-growth stage. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth trajectory, enabling us to reach new markets and enhance our product offerings. By forging strong partnerships, you'll help drive our mission forward, ensuring that we continue to innovate and provide value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & Assess Deals: Lead M&A and strategic partnership opportunities.
• Drive Execution: Manage deal lifecycle from due diligence to integration.
• Financial Modeling: Analyze and model potential deals for strategic fit and ROI.
• Drive high-impact negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
• Collaborate & Execute: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless deal execution and integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, investment banking, corporate partnerships, venture/growth capital, or other relevant
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communicator
• Demonstrates ownership, works autonomously, and operates with speed
• Will work in person at NYC headquarters, 5 days a week

Job Compensation Range:

The salary range for this role is $250,000 - $350,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
