Job Description

This role provides IT support for HelloFresh Group companies, including APAC, and contributes to related projects. Based on-site at the YouFoodz facility in Karawatha, Brisbane, it reports to the IT Lead APAC and works within the APAC IT team, which spans Sydney, Auckland, Brisbane, and the Philippines.

The team supports HelloFresh AU, HelloFresh NZ, YouFoodz, BeCool Couriers, and HelloConnect, with opportunities to collaborate on global projects with HelloFresh Group's IT & Security teams.

You will…

• Provide Technical Support: Deliver onsite IT support for the YouFoodz Manufacturing Plant and BeCool Couriers. Manage barcode scanners, mobile devices, printers, and warehouse technology while tracking requests in Jira and maintaining documentation.
• Handle System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software, monitor system performance, and contribute to IT projects.
• Facilitate Training: Onboard new employees and IT Engineers, provide training, and create user-friendly documentation.
• Ensure Security Compliance: Enforce IT security policies, monitor incidents, and assist with audits and compliance.
• Support Network Management: Collaborate with the FCIT team to maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure.

You have…

• You have relevant experience in using and supporting our primary technologies. 
• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related field, preferably within a warehouse or distribution centre environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and warehouse-specific technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
