Position Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to help support SparkCognition’s corporate IT resources and end users. The ideal candidate has experience working within a ticket management system, handling employee onboarding and offboarding activities, and various other IT-related tasks. The position offers opportunities to continue growing by learning new technology and learning from experienced Engineers as we continue to build new solutions.
This role has two shifts: 3pm - 12am IST & 9am - 6pm IST
