The Glassdoor Content Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of Marketing-driven rich content on the Glassdoor community app. Acting as an in-house social media manager for this platform, the role involves curating content from internal and external sources, identifying relevant worklife topics, and strategically determining the timing and placement of posts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Glassdoor’s brand principles, worklife positioning, and social media best practices, ensuring that all content aligns with our community engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Content Strategy: Oversee and manage the strategic flow of content across the Glassdoor app, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and community engagement objectives.
Content Curation & Management: Review content from Glassdoor’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to determine its relevance for the Glassdoor platform, particularly in relation to worklife topics.
Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the Brand team (Creative, Social) to generate new rich content assets, including promotional materials for podcasts, AMAs, and other brand initiatives.
Platform Content Opportunities: Identify and strategize opportunities for content to be posted by various personas on the platform, including Community Content Partners, Glassdoor avatars, employees, and pseudonymous profiles, in collaboration with the Content Development (CD) team.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track the performance of Marketing-driven rich content on the Glassdoor community platform, using data to iterate and improve content programming and inform future content development.
Qualifications:
Base Salary Range (USD): $86,300 - $117,300
Base Salary Range (CAN): $80,000 - $100,000
*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.
Annual Bonus Target**: 10%
**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
