About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Director to join our Marketing Team. The CRM Marketing Director will be responsible for developing integrated marketing plans to support key business initiatives, editorial moments, market launches, and other important campaigns. In this role, this individual will directly partner with other key senior business leaders and be an important marketing voice within the company. This is an integrated marketing role with an editorial and storytelling focus.

This inidividual will oversee the creation, development, & execution of high-quality marketing campaigns with an eye for high quality copy, content, and creative. This individual will manage a team of 2-3, report to our Global Head of CRM Marketing, and work closely with senior leaders within the company. The CRM Marketing Director will be the global POC for email across APAC, the Middle East, Turkey, & Australia. To thrive in this role, you possess excellent strategic and team leadership skills, and be well-versed in crypto.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop integrated marketing plans for key initiatives, programs, and campaigns
Work to elevate the quality of our email and storytelling within. Uplevel both the quality of our creative & copy - in conjunction with the team and cross functional stakeholders
Be responsible for global and local brand/product awareness and customer acquisition campaigns, with a focus on email/lifecycle
Act as a key marketing voice within the company, consulting with other senior business leaders - supporting their priorities from strategy through in-market execution
Own & maintain the roadmap, marketing calendar, & testing agenda in your regions, ensuring we continue to expand and optimize our email marketing work
Work with your team to manage marketing campaigns from end to end; strategy, testing, optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis
Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of email marketing campaigns and initiatives
Closely collaborate with local market teams to consult & advise on local market driven email strategy & plan.
Work across Product Marketing, Product Management, Local Markets, Brand Design to ensure emails are relevant & high quality
Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all emails.
Work closely with the team & brand design to continue to elevate the quality of creative for email marketing efforts

What We Look For In You

Minimum of 10 years experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, customer loyalty, content marketing, engagement Marketing or other related roles
Strong leadership skills with a minimum of three years leading teams & developing talent
Knowledge of retail products and consumer habits
Experience and professional excellence in creative storytelling- both written and visual - with the ability to develop compelling content in collaboration with inhouse experts
A strong collaborator. Can work closely with teams across the organization

Nice to Haves

Experience in crypto (CeFi and DeFi) and crypto exchanges, trading background a plus
