The Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Transformation office (focuses on making sure sellers, customers, and partners have the skills, systems, and tools to take share more effectively and efficiently. We drive scale and efficiency with prioritized solutions aligned with Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM), regionalized marketing, and operational centers of excellence.

As a Director of Business Analytics, you will champion the vision and strategy by joining a team that generates transformative business insights through innovative data solutions. You will contribute to continuing the team’s progress toward being a recognized hub for forward-thinking in the field of intelligent insights. We are looking for talented and motivated analytics leader to solve a wide variety of business problems with data insights - all with the goal of providing actionable insights into business processes and customer experience.
