Our team is responsible for evolving the value proposition of Sponsored Brands to drive brand performance advertising at scale, helping brands acquire new customers and sustainably grow customer lifetime value. This includes building advertiser controls, experiences and recommendations and making them available via Amazon Ads Console and Amazon Ads API. We enable advertisers to express what they want to achieve, and translate that into high performance advertising strategies. We succeed when advertisers are able to sustainably grow their brand and business at scale with our advertising product(s).

About This Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, Tech (Sr. PM-T) for Sponsored Brands Advertiser and Partner EXperience team (APEX), you will work closely with software development engineers, technical program managers, scientists, data engineers, and business operations to develop innovative cross-functional solutions that enable advertisers to create, manage and optimize campaigns at scale.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving and delivering cutting-edge experiences for our global advertisers and partners. You will have end-to-end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver innovative solutions.

To thrive in this role, you will need a strong technical background in the Ad Tech domain (candidates without Ad Tech experience are not currently being considered), excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Bringing clarity and structure to ambiguity will be a key driver of success. This position involves regular communication with senior leadership on status, risks and planning.

Key job responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities and write new proposals to help us drive new growth areas for our partners and advertisers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on fast-paced, challenging projects, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
- Define and create customer experience both in our API and through our Advertising Console.
- Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute your vision.
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Leverage your analytical skills and work independently under tight deadlines.
- Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
